Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final — no refunds or returns
Our product is a digital website script with a licence key, delivered electronically. Because the files and key are downloaded and the product cannot be “returned” once delivered, we do not offer refunds or returns. Please read the product page and ask us any questions before you buy.
Why there are no refunds
- The product is a digital download. As soon as it is delivered, it cannot be given back, and access cannot be undone.
- Each licence key is tied to a domain and is of value the moment it is issued.
Before you buy
We want you to be sure before you purchase, so:
- The product page lists exactly what you get and the hosting requirements.
- You can see the live demo and read the full guides before buying.
- If anything is unclear, email support@novelbooth.com and we will answer before you pay.
If something goes wrong
While sales are final, we do want you to be able to use what you paid for. If you have a genuine problem, contact us and we will help:
- You were charged twice for the same order — we will cancel and refund the duplicate charge.
- You did not receive your files or licence key — we will make sure you get them.
- You have trouble installing or activating — we will help you get it running.
These are the only situations in which we may issue a refund, and only after we have tried to resolve the problem with you.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern, please contact us first — we respond quickly. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may lead to your licence being revoked.
