These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the products sold on novelbooth.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). By buying from or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

We sell a downloadable website script (software) together with a licence key. The product is a digital item delivered electronically; nothing is shipped physically.

2. Licence

• Each purchase includes one licence key for one domain. The key locks to the first domain on which it is activated (www and non-www count as the same domain).
• The licence is for your own use to run one website. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or publish the source code or licence key.
• You may customise the script for your own website. You may not remove or bypass the licensing mechanism.
• Need to move to a new domain? Email support@novelbooth.com and we will release your key so you can re-activate it.

3. Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, you receive the files and your licence key by instant download and/or email. If you do not receive them, contact support@novelbooth.com and we will help.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your own hosting, domain and for installing and running the script.
• You are responsible for the content you publish on your website and for following the laws that apply to you.
• You must keep your licence key private.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the product for anything unlawful, or to infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, or publish content that is illegal where you operate.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the script, its code and our branding. Buying a licence gives you the right to use it as described in these Terms; it does not transfer ownership to you.

7. Updates & support

Any updates or support we offer are described on the product page. We may change or stop offering optional updates or support at any time.

8. Refunds

This is a digital product. Please see our Refund & Return Policy. In short, because the product is delivered digitally and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The product is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country / state], and any disputes will be handled by the courts of [your city / region].

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.
